OpenText announces a new dynamic for its solution Output Managament StreamServe

Support the digitalisation of the customer journey with your Output Managament

Aix en Provence, 17 November 2021.

OpenText, the global leader in enterprise information management, announced yesterday at its annual OpenText World 2021 event new features for its omnichannel communication management solution to support the digitalization of the customer journey. StreamServe, which has been offering powerful functions in the field of Output Managament for several decades, has been enriched with new technological capabilities to be closer to the most demanding customers in terms of digitalization.

Historically called StreamServe v3, v4, v5 and then Exstream Platform 16, the solution is now adopting a new name to mark this change of direction: Exstream Platform Server-based.
The solution, which has been adopted by more than 5,000 customers worldwide, including more than 600 in France, also benefits from a strategic technological partnership with SAP for the past 20 years, enabling SAP customers to maintain a long-term vision of their communication strategies based on the ERP. Exstream Platform Server-based makes it easy to design the ideal customer journey model where technology (web, mobile) and efficiency merge to address as closely as possible the target corresponding to the company's strategic stakes. Exstream Platform Server-based 21.3 (latest version) is able to provide consistent and highly personalised communications online and offline, on mobile, on the web, in omnichannel mode.

OpenText confirms its commitment to the durability and viability of your investments in this platform; OpenText has developed a long-term roadmap, focusing on security and user interfaces. Using advanced migration tools, strategic communications requiring enrichment using OpenText offerings such as Digital Asset Management, Customer Analytics and Content Management can be easily migrated to the Exstream offering (Cloud Native).
