Established in Morocco since the end of 2018, BCSolutions offers its customers and partners a Service Center around OpenText solutions.

The Service Center aims primarily to strengthen responsiveness, quality and development capabilities for greater customer satisfaction.

This activity complements our expertise in order to respond to the increasingly frequent customer requests for development and support around OpenText dematerialization solutions.

The Service Centre

Based in Casablanca, the center is primarily specialized in the development and support of our partner OpenText products (StreamServe, Exstream, Content Server, Extended ECM, ...). It is composed of consultants specialized in their field and serves both our French and Moroccan clients/partners.

This activity allows us to contribute to the evolution and digitalization of our clients' information systems by offering them services such as :

  • Technical assistance.
  • Developments.
  • Realization of fixed-price projects.
  • Provision of a production capacity managed in AGILE mode.
  • Third-party application recipe outsourced at the end of the development cycle.
