MISSIONS

You will accompany our customers in their requests around a complete and powerful software solution. You will intervene via our ticketing tool myBCSticketing tool, provide first-level support and gradually take over assistance missions.  

You will participate in the handling of support and assistance tickets. Your main mission is to ensure the continuity of the service offered to BCSolutions' customers.

Your missions will be : 

  • Collect and identify customer needs.
  • Ensure the support and maintenance of the services developed at the customer's site.
  • Diagnosis of the problems encountered.
  • Follow-up and management of requests: log analysis, software configuration, development, installation and integration.
  • Propose changes and participate in their implementation.
  • Report operational issues, alerts, evolutions and optimizations around the management of requests.
  • Write the procedures for using the software (management of restarts, deployment, bugs...).
  • Ensure functional on-call duty in order to guarantee the follow-up and coordination of production incidents and production start-ups during working hours and occasionally during non-working hours according to the rotation defined by your hierarchy.

The position reports to our Technical Department. You will also work in close collaboration with our team of consultants. 

  • Skills: rigorous, organized, good listening and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze and synthesize, team spirit, good communication skills, curiosity and desire to improve skills.
  • Experience required: Minimum 1 year, ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • Contract: CDI - Full time.
  • Location: Aix-en-Provence.
  • Salary: from €28,000.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Higher education in computer science (Bac+2 or equivalent).
 

Ideally, you are familiar with some of the following technologies:

  • Systems: Unix/Linux, Windows.
  • DBMS: MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
  • Languages: XML, HTML.
