Easy to use thanks to its ergonomic design, the "myBCS" customer area is a secure ticket management application. This platform is regularly updated to improve the experience of our Customers.

It now has an interface in English for our English-speaking customers, available on request in your space.

Not to mention that it also offers a document exchange space that will facilitate interaction and collaboration with our Clients, who will be able to find the documentation of their environment:

  • installation documents,
  • audit reports,
  • project monitoring documents,
  • migration procedures,

As well as different types of customer requests:

  • Support: Our "OpenText Partner Support" certification offers our customers a quality service to meet their needs as quickly as possible.
