For several years now, OpenText's client communications management solution has been constantly evolving Output Managament and offering new features. OpenText Exstream thus adapts to new consumer needs and improves the user experience. It enables companies to communicate with their customers in a simplified way and to build customer loyalty.
Version 16 of OpenText Exstream combines StreamServe (v5.6.2), Exstream (v9.5) and PowerDocs technologies. The platform combines :
- the transactional processing model and integration strengths of CCE (StreamServe),
- Exstream's broadband engine and interactive capabilities.
StreamServe and Exstream customers can upgrade to the single platform and use the design and production environments of their choice (Story Teller or Designer).
