BCSolutions has launched its support site!
In a constant concern for customer satisfaction and improvement of its services, BCSolutions has launched its own support site.
The site, accessible at https://support.BCSolutions.fr, is available to all our customers. It will allow you to open a ticket to report a problem or request assistance, all your exchanges with our support team will then be traced and centralized within this same ticket.
The user-friendly interface of the site will also allow you to obtain synthetic views and generate reports.
Very soon, customers which have an open order for services or are under contract for TPAM, will also be able to monitor their consumption and the management of their requests.
