BCSolutions offers you two trainings around the OpenText Exstream solution(Exstream Development and Exstream Administration). These 3 sessions are organized by OpenText and animated by BCSolutions.
Exstream Development - 3-3710 Exstream Communication Server Fundamentals v.16.6 :
In this course, participants will learn how to optimize customer engagement through the design and delivery of highly personalized, consistent and compliant communications. To this end, they will be presented with an overview of the process of designing, developing, deploying, and executing Communications Server projects to deliver highly personalized customer communications for a variety of formats and channels.
BCSolutions offers you three training sessions:
- Monday 15 to Friday 19 March 2021
- Monday 12 to Friday 16 April 2021
The strong points:
- Learn how to develop Communications Builder projects in an Exstream version 16.6 architecture.
- Deploy on Communications Server applications.
- Discover the tools of the Communications Server solution, the new OTDS, CAS, multi-entity architecture, web applications and post-processing.
Exstream Administration - 3-3730 Exstream Communications Server System Administration v16.6 :
Also discover the Exstream Administration course, which will provide you with an understanding of the OpenText Exstream platform and associated system administration tasks.
The course begins with an introduction to the OpenText Exstream product, architecture and components. Participants will configure the solution and then set up an OpenText Directory Services environment for integration with OpenText Exstream.
After installation, participants will be introduced to a series of concepts that will allow them to configure an OpenText Exstream Communications Server environment. As a system administrator, you will learn techniques for monitoring and tuning the system.
