The position
To strengthen our R&D team, BCSolutions is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer.
Reporting to the Product and R&D department, you will contribute to the design, development, optimization and industrialization of our software solutions. You will work in an agile environment, focused on performance, scalability, code quality and delivery.
Your main tasks:
- Design robust, scalable, high-performance architectures, adapted to our multi-tenant, on-premise or SaaS contexts.
- Participate in the modeling of complex databases (PostgreSQL in priority) and the definition of efficient REST APIs, while respecting web performance constraints (webtime, latency, load).
- Lead or actively contribute to the drafting of detailed technical specifications.
- Participate in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes environments, and high-performance, secure DevOps logic.
- Anticipate and correct security vulnerabilities in the CI/CD chain, by integrating or leveraging dependency analysis, vulnerability detection and compliance tools.
- Integrate multi-language and multi-region issues right from the design stage of man-machine interfaces and services, including right-to-left (RTL) support.
- Ensure the integration of digital accessibility requirements and RGAA accessibility standards.
- Secure access to portals and APIs through the integration of SSO, OIDC, OAuth2 solutions, and advanced RBAC strategies.
- Write and maintain automated unit and functional tests.
- Participate in agile rituals, technical task estimation and continuous improvement.
- Make suggestions on technical choices and tooling.
Profile required
Expected technical skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fullstack development in an agile environment, on critical or high-volume applications.
- Proficiency in Node.js (Express) and React (Material UI).
- Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL and best practices for designing high-performance schemas.
- Significant experience in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Good ability to formalize clear, modular technical specifications.
- Appetence for performance, clean code, best practices, pragmatic delivery.
- Curious, autonomous, able to take a step back while remaining highly operational.
Bonus skills (appreciated but not mandatory)
- Experience in RabbitMQ, Java or distributed architectures
- Experience with monitoring, observability and logging solutions
- Knowledge of constraints linked to multi-organization portals or fine-grained access management (RBAC)
- Knowledge of OAuth2 / OIDC protocols, identity providers (Keycloak, Azure AD, Auth0...).
- Product and UX awareness, ability to think in terms of localization and scalability right from the design phase.
- Experience of RGPD compliance in technical architectures.
- Experience in detecting and remediating code or dependency vulnerabilities
- Sensitivity to digital accessibility and universal design.
- Knowledge of advanced multilingual support including RTL.

Recruitment process
Our recruitment process takes place in 4 stages, over a total period of less than 3 weeks:
- Pre-qualification interview with our HR (30 min, Visio) to better understand your expectations and introduce you to the position.
- Autonomous technical test (at home, 2 to 3 hours max) based on a use case inspired by our everyday life, you propose your solution at your own pace.
- Technical debriefing with our lead tech (30 min, Visio) to discuss your code, your choices, and share our practices.
- Final interview with R&D manager (45 min, Visio or on site)

- Possibility of teleworking up to 2 days a week and adapting working hours
Package
- Open-ended contract, 37-hour week with 10 days of compensatory leave
