Mission statement:
- Collect and identify customer needs,
- Support and maintain
services developed by customers, - Diagnose the problems encountered
: Level 1 and 2 or even 3 - Monitoring and managing
requests: log analysis, software configuration, development,
installation and integration - Suggest changes and participate in their implementation
, - Report operational problems,
alerts, developments and optimizations around the management of
requests - Write procedures for using
software (management of restarts, deployment, bugs, etc.), - Application development and maintenance
- Provide on-call services to
ensure follow-up and coordination of production incidents and
production start-ups during working hours, and occasionally during non-working hours
, according to the rota defined by your line manager.
POST
The position reports to our Technical Department. You will also work in close collaboration with our team of consultants.
Profile:
- Higher education in computer science (Bac+5 or equivalent)
- SkillsSkills: rigorous, organized, good listening and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze and summarize, team spirit, ability to express yourself well, curiosity and desire to develop your skills, sense of customer service.
- Experience required At least 2 years' experience in IT, ideally in contact with customers.
KNOWLEDGE
Ideally,
- Systems: Unix/Linux, Windows
- DBMS : MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, HANA
- Languages: XML, HTML
